We invite you to join Convoy of Hope on this unique experience that is designed to share how our Children’s Feeding and Women’s Empowerment programs are producing transformational change all across Tanzania.
About This Trip
The Tanzanian economy depends on agriculture. While the country produces enough food to feed its population, the poorest families — including refugees — have limited access to it. Climate change has also become a concern, as it increases the vulnerability of crops and livestock amid natural disasters. In addition to this, Tanzania also faces nutritional challenges, including malnutrition, anemia, and obesity.
Convoy of Hope started working in Tanzania in 2013 through Children’s Feeding and Women’s Empowerment programs. Since then, 39+ communities have been served, 1,560+ agricultural participants, 7,037+ women and girls empowered, and 5,589+ children feed.
We look forward to introducing you to our in-country partners and the women, children, and families we are helping in Tanzania. It will be a journey you’ll never forget.

- There is an additional $515 fee for a single room. All accommodations are based on double occupancy.

| 09/19/2023 | HE Team arrives in Kilimanjaro. Airport transfer to Gran Melia Hotel Safari Team has breakfast, check out and transfer to Gran Melia to join the HE Team. |
